Ownership

All content on Teorikurs.no - text, illustrations, video, audio, code, structure, and pedagogical design - is protected under Norwegian copyright law (åndsverkloven) and owned by Cloudline AS unless otherwise expressly stated.

Permitted use

You may read, listen to, and use the content personally as part of the course you have paid for. Short quotations with clear attribution are permitted as long as the quotation does not replace access to the course.

Not permitted without prior written consent

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publishing the content in whole or in part.
• Commercial use, including in competing learning products or other commercial offerings.
• Adaptation, translation, or excerpt for redistribution.
• Use of the content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate machine learning models, including large language models and retrieval systems. This applies to the demo lessons as well.
• Automated crawling of the content beyond what is explicitly permitted in /robots.txt and /llms.txt.

Infringement

Infringement of these terms may give rise to damages claims and criminal prosecution under §§ 79-82 of the Norwegian Copyright Act.
