Refunds

As a general rule, purchases are non-refundable once access has been used. Two exceptions apply: (1) the pass guarantee, which entitles you to 12 additional months of access or a full refund on the conditions described below, and (2) the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Norwegian consumer law, for purchases where access has not yet been used.

Pass guarantee

If you complete the entire course, pass three practice exams in a row within the last 30 days, and still fail the real theory test at Statens vegvesen, the pass guarantee covers you. You can choose between 12 additional months of access or a full refund. Send proof of failure to support@teorikurs.no within 30 days of the failed attempt. Full terms are on the guarantee page.

Duration

The access period starts at the time of payment and runs regardless of whether the service is used or not. Access expires automatically when the period ends — there is no automatic renewal.

Currency

All prices are in Norwegian kroner (NOK).

Privacy terms

All purchases require acceptance of our privacy policy.

Personal access

Access is personal, and sharing access or passwords with others is not permitted. If misuse is detected, access may be terminated immediately.

Financial liability

We do not accept financial responsibility for losses resulting from errors in our products or services.

Disputes

We aim to resolve disputes directly — please contact us at support@teorikurs.no first. If we cannot reach agreement, the matter may be brought before the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) or the Consumer Disputes Commission (Forbrukerklageutvalget). For formal court proceedings, Nordhordland District Court shall have jurisdiction.

Consumer rights

All your rights as described in the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act and Right of Withdrawal Act apply.
